Exchange Policy:

At Wig Pleasure, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. All your purchases are eligible for free exchange within 24 hours of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The product must remain in its original condition, including the product box and both inner and outer packaging. The item will be inspected upon arrival at Wig Pleasure’s warehouse. If this condition is not met, the company will not be responsible for compensation or exchange.

The customer must hand over the product to the shipping company after receiving the exchange shipping label.

Exchange is only applicable if the customer receives a product that does not match the original order specifications (such as differences in color, length, or density). Exchanges are not accepted for any other reasons.

General Terms & Conditions of the Exchange Policy:

Some products may undergo laboratory testing after being returned to ensure customer safety. This may result in a delay of 2–3 business days in confirming the exchange after receiving the returned item.

You may keep the exchange value as store credit on Wig Pleasure for up to one year from the date the exchange request is approved.

You can use your store credit to request a new custom design. If the new order exceeds your available balance, the remaining amount can be paid electronically.

Wigs are non-exchangeable as they are considered personal-use products and cannot be used by more than one person.

Wig accessories of all types are non-exchangeable.

Customers are not entitled to receive cash refunds in case of order cancellation or exchange.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted to the factory.

Exchange Shipping Costs:

Wig Pleasure will cover all exchange shipping costs for the first exchange free of charge. The customer will not incur any additional fees.

Exchange Procedure:

Submit an exchange request by contacting customer service via WhatsApp.

Once the initial conditions are verified, the customer will receive a shipping label to hand over the product to the shipping company.
